Terms

These terms apply to the sale of the domain name cp0.nl through this website. The seller is Rob Mulder from Zwolle, a private individual.

1. What you buy

You buy the domain name cp0.nl: the right to have its registration put in your name. A website, email addresses, content or other services are not included.

2. Price

The price on the website is fixed and final. No VAT is charged, because the seller is a private individual.

3. Request and payment

With your request on this website, you leave your email address. That does not commit you to anything.

Within one working day, the seller sends you a Tikkie payment request or the details for a bank transfer. The website states which of the two applies. The payment details are valid for 14 days. You pay the full amount in one go.

If several requests come in, the first request goes first. If that buyer does not pay within the period, the seller may send a payment request to the next one.

The sale is concluded as soon as your payment has been received. If the domain has already been sold to someone else at that moment, you get your payment back in full within one working day.

4. Transfer

Within one working day of your payment arriving, you receive the transfer code and a purchase confirmation by email. You use that code to move the domain name to a registrar of your choice. You pay the costs of your own registrar yourself, such as the yearly registration.

5. Money back

If the domain name is not in your name within 30 days of your payment, even though you used the transfer code as instructed, you get the full amount back to the account you paid from. To request this, reply to the email with the transfer code.

6. Right of withdrawal

This is a sale by a private individual. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales therefore does not apply. The money-back arrangement above still applies.

7. Liability

The seller declares that they are entitled to sell and transfer the domain name. The seller is not liable for what you do with the domain name after the transfer, nor for earlier mentions of the domain name in search engines or on other websites.

8. Governing law

This sale is governed by Dutch law.

Sold by a private individual in the Netherlands.
